Have been to this place numerous times over last few years but a huge decline in the service and food quality. Used to be my fav place before, looks like they plan on closing as they cannot be bothered to provide good service or food.Ordered the wings , which were cold and soggy, like it was microwaved with the plate and the person didn’t even bother to heat it properly. The burger and Italian sandwich poorly made, tasteless. Complete waste of money. The lady was working alone and she couldn’t me more unhappy serving us or taking our order, probably over worked. I doubt we will ever be visiting this place again.

Nasty nasty nasty. Went there recently with a party of 15. Only one lady working there who was very rude and made us feel like an inconvenience the entire time. Majority of the group were either vegetarian or vegan and said this was by far the worst food they’ve tried. Food was disgusting and salty. The poutine was extremely salty, the kids meals were rancid. The quesadilla smelt terrible and had ketchup inside. The grilled cheese was hard and again smelt quite bad. Tried a bite and couldn’t finish. Overall it was extremely disappointing and I definitely do not recommend to anyone.

Many gluten free options! Burger buns and the bread with your chili or soup can be ordered gluten free. They also have a gluten free brownie for a dessert option. Everything is vegan, so it's safe for a strict plant based diet. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and staff was welcoming. We'll definitely come back.
No consistancy at all and they dont even know how to make their own menu items!!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY from here. They always exclude items and swap things out without calling you to ask if it's okay. Many times they do not make the food as it should be and scam you and swap out ingredients. Happened on about 3+ occasions so far, all these problems. They should revoke this franchise licence.

There hours of operation say open until 11pm. Drove 20 mins to get here. Lights are all dim, we open the door get to the counter and cashier says the store is closed. Even though Google says 11pm. We just wanted some cookies and had to leave empty handed.
I’ve probably eaten at Copper Branch maybe 30 times, mostly in Quebec, though this was my first time at this location. It will be my last.I ordered the poutine and added shiitake.What arrived was a disgrace to the chain which is normally phenomenal. The franchise should send secret shoppers to this location because they are tarnishing the brand.I received a typical poutine box but it was at least half gravy and then 25% shiitake and 25% fries. It was less than a McD small fries. The fries were undercooked. It was like a gravy stew with some fries and some shiitake. I love sauce but this was actually too much gravy and way too little fries. The prices occupied the bottom 1/4 of the box only.I know Copper Branch measures portions by weight and tho the shiitake was the correct portion, there were far too fries. I spent $20 and I’m still hungry and very disappointed.Beware this location if you are a CB fan.

Ordered the mushroom soup of the day and a Caesar salad. The soup was so salty! It was good but the salt was over powering. The salad would have been delicious but they give you the tiniest amount of dressing. Probably less than 1 tablespoon. It barely covered half of the salad. Tempeh bacon and croutons with cheese was good. Overall I paid $19 (16 + tip) for the good, quick service. I was disappointed with the food this time.

Sadly my last few visits were not that great. The items my party ordered on our recent visit were not very good. The sweet potatoes were over spiced and the garlic was burnt, making them difficult to eat. The "fries" were so dry they crumbled upon trying to pick them up and even with dip, they were not edible. Both our sandwiches had issues - hers was dry, and mine had a flavour of straight up mold/expired cheese - making them unpleasant and inedible. The EXTREMELY expensive slices of cake were the saving grace of this visit, they were perfect.
