Bought the stuffed Cannoli, the Cannoli crust tasted rancid [stale, fried in reused oil]. Returned the Cannoli the next day, the girl said they never had a complain. Got a slice of Red Velvet Cheese Cake, which she said was made the day before, that was also stale. Wouldn't recommend this place, the desert is terrible, customer service is bad.

I have ordered an eggless cake today which was already made. When I went to pick up cake, the girl on front told me thay have already sold cake to someone. How they can do that, without notifying me. She told me someone in their team gave to another customer, she don't know about it. There were only two of them at bakery. When they are working in a team, they didn't share orders with each other.I speak rude with her because it was my reaction to what they did. Today is my birthday. They spoil my mood. And she didn't even said sorry to me for their mistake. I would give only 1 star, but they did prepare a cake for me and I have to wait for 15 minutes.I would not write this review, but I do not want to happen this to someone else.Customer service is not good

It have ordered a cake and it was a worst cake i have ever tasted. It was look like nothing and they mixed a colour with a cream. I felt so embarrassing in front of others. I would give zero rating and never recommended.
