Follow up: Credit to the management for taking the feedback seriously and responding quickly. I've been assured the staff has been followed up with and the issue has been addressed to keep it from happening in future.Original Review Summary: Walked in to find the guy in front of me letting his 6 year old crawl and walk on the service counter barefoot. I don’t know if this guy knew the employees or something but staff were nearby and saying nothing. I chose to address the issue myself for sanitary reasons, but it was a baffling experience.

Had a great experience. Aman took the order. She was polite and helped me with finding my last order. The store was busy due to multiple order requests and it was snowing heavily but Pizza was prepared very nicely. Pizza was full of cheese and toppings. Well cooked and delicious.Thanks to the staff for an amazing experience ( Aman, Atul and more girl( don’t know her name)
So I ordered in the app and was given a time to pick it up. I went to the gas station across from Dominos, pumped my gas lined up, and waited to get my receipt from the clerk and came to pick up. The app said the pizza was ready, so I parked and put my hazzards on waited for 7 minutes, but nothing, so I sent my son inside where he was told that the have no order for that name or number even though I had email confirmation from them, so he came back to the car and I had to go in . I waited until it was my turn and asked for my order she told me it was in the oven, another 3-5 minutes, even though the app said it was ready, so I went back to my car. Waited for another 10 minutes and returned, and the guy was just taking my items out and putting in boxes. So, It took them another 25 minutes above the pick-up time to get my order.

I have been eating 6 cheese pizza regularly and I know how it looks like.They just said this is what they have!!!Didn’t expect this from Domino’sDon’t recommend this location!!! :(
