Food cold ,I had to tell her to put more cause she wause putting a spoon each of everything.She had no napkins when screamed at she got the napkins from some shelf.Very uncooperative.Change ur staff or ull have to shut down.saving napkins and stuff ,u guyz are more expensive still people come to u.Respect that

This surely is the worst fb burrito outlet that I have ever been to, had visited in the evening and to my surprise there were no vegetables to be seen while ordering, neither the person preparing was interested in preparing the burrito. The location is great, but the outlet experience was totally underwhelming.

Worst quality, chicken was so stiff and cold.No fresh toppings, they dont even know how to wrap a burrito properly, everything just fell out of it when i unwrapped it. Never had such a terrible burrito.

This was a great location. I got there at the right time first in line, when I left the line was out the door. Food was awesome, well prepared, items were well stocked and everything looked great. Nothing old or dried up in the choices. Staff were friendly and dealt with the large amount of customers with ease.

We visited first time and first we thought the place is too costly but they filled each burrito to fullest. The food was yummy and a lot. The visit was worth it. I would definitely visit the place. Thank you Dhruvil for the best service.

BEWARE! Me and my husband ordered a lil and big fish burrito. This was today Sunday 4th at 5:30 pm super empty. As we walked to the door, empty place.. the employees were sitting doing nothing in the back. He started making our burrito and as he opened the jars the rise was old and burn from the bottom from being there hours. We asked him to change and he started putting faces. We got to our car and noticed the burrito was cold and the fish frozen. I went back to the store and asked it to change it. The guy employee said they cooked it but it was frozen still. They want it to rush the order to get thei butt back in their chair and chill. I report it to Heath safety. Hope they do something about it. got a case number.
We usually go to the heartland location but this one was on our way home yesterday so thought we’d try it out. Not impressed. Who ever made our order must have been distracted. Ordered a big sweet Thai chili with noodles in it however the burrito that we received had NO noodles. Also ordered a big fish which came with one side burnt. Burnt tortilla tastes gross, not exaggerating. Lastly when we first got there, the front door was locked at 12:15pm. We had to call the store while literally standing out front to see if anyone was there, not to mention no apologies...

I had my Burrito today. I had many burritos before but today I had a great customer experience with MANN. He went me through the menu and suggested many things but my tummy was half full so I couldn't have all the thing but I have noted all the things in my TO DO list so that I will have them one by one. I will love to be served by MANN again. He told me that he will be here next Saturday so I am just waiting for Saturday.Thank you so much MANN.
