I'm convinced Subway has done the world a disservice by lowering the bar so much. Firehouse shows that sandwiches can be delicious if you invest into the right ingredients. If you can get the limited time Pastrami Reuben, do it.

Highly recommend firehouse subs. Just finished my medium Italian sub, and my husband had the smokehouse brisket. The meat was tender and very flavourful, and the ingredients were all fresh! This was our first time and it will most definitely not be the last! The service by Pujen (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name!) was excellent, friendly, and the food was served quick. the resteraunt was very clean, and although the food was pricey you will never want to go back to subway again after eating here. Plus, you are supporting your local first responders which is a bonus!

It was my first time at Firehouse Sub. I walked in and placed my order. As I tapped my debit card, the machine shut down. No one knew what to do. I waited and then decided to pay cash. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. A customer walked in, and he got a loud " Welcome to Firehouse Subs"...i looked over.. he is Indian. I guess because I am not Indian...I don't get the nice treatment. The person finished making my sub gave it to me and didn't even thank me. Will never return to this location. Very disappointing.
I would prefer Subway or Mr. Sub as "you can see the your sub being made" and see the freshest of the topping you are choosing. My Sub came out with less Tomatoes than I would prefer, the lettuce wasn't spread from end to end and the small amount of mayo I asked for was 5 times too much. The Club sub cost $4 more here and it's about the same as others although Firehouse has Honey Ham which is not my favourite . Maybe this is picky but for $20, I'd like to "see" a sub made the way I like it. This was my first time here - maybe they are not all like this with 5 foot counters and no glass.

Great customer service and delicious food! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when discussing gluten-free options. The manager also mentioned that the mayo contains bread crumbs, so suggested that I skip the mayo and have their mayo packs instead.The subs were packaged well with numbers for each sandwich and the GF bun was clearly marked. Each sandwich was wrapped in paper, then boxed for easy take-out. All of the subs were delicious and full of fresh ingredients. The buns were much better than other sub sandwich places and the GF bun was soft and tasty.Everyone was always smiling and engaged from placing the order to picking up at the end of the counter. Great experience and will return! :)
