I had a disappointing experience at Galitoes at Bramlea due to the rudeness of the staff. When I politely asked for a napkin, it was within reach, yet the staff refused, stating they don't provide napkins to customers. This lack of courtesy and service is unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location.

Fudu sale They show you d amount of chicken breast how much they gonna give and take it to the stove to cook after cooking they will keep all of it on stove instead putting in your bowl & give you just a small portion of it ??

Yesterday , i went to galito's with my husband for the first time. I am strictly vegetarian and my husband is non- vegetarian. The guy who's name was krish recommended me to have paneer skewer. without me asking he cleaned the grill infront of me. 10/10 on that. The taste was pretty good. We tried the potatoes and rice with it. For my husband he recommended to have hot box deal , which was pretty good for the price. He made the chicken so well and my overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

Great food, it's flavourful! You're able to choose from 1/4 chicken, 1/2 chicken, and even chicken sandwiches. They have a selection of fresh salad, grilled vegetables, rice, and potatoes for the side dishes. You're able to choose your spice level, from herb and garlic to Extra Hot! The staff are super friendly and quick to assist you. Would recommend trying Galitos.

Manjot is an amazing employee at this location he goes above and beyond for all the customers that come there to eat. I always thought he was the owner and never took him as an employee because he puts so much pride and dedication into his job. I only come here because he works here and the food quality is amazing. Great guy and much respect for him.
The Rice Bowl doesn't taste as good, and the quantity is also smaller.

Overall extremely disappointed. Galitos at their real locations service a decent amount of food with some quality to it.I just puchased a Loaded Fries Bowl and it barely covered half the bowl. On top of that, the chicken was relatively unseasoned and barely had any of that smoky flame grilled flavour that it should have.Very negative experience. If you’re looking to get Galitos, don’t come here.

I just order my lunch and I work in the mall , to find out that they no longer offer mall employee discounts and on top of that the containers a lot smaller . The staff is nice but the owner of this location is cheap , when you order 2 sides it’s really 1 side .I’ve been working in this mall for years as well as eating from here .today is officially my last day buy food from here . The staff is very nice and pleasant. Owner is CHEAP !
