Wonderful place to go for coffee and delicious sandwiches. The bakery is divided into 2 sections. One is to sit and eat there and the other half is to shop.. Delicious cakes, cookies, tarts, all different breads and buns.

I was served by the young dark haired girl like other reviews describe. I got so much as a grunt back when I said hello. The customer service was so bad it made me laugh

Thank you to everyone at Golden Grains and especially the owner of her hospitality. I visited this place with the intentions to try the Natas Portuguese Pastries. I must say they were so fresh and honestly the best l have ever tasted ?. I crave to come back for more! All the deserts are freshly made daily, and no exception goes to the detail and ingredients. You will definitely be able to taste the difference. Sorry to all the other bakeries l have visited, this place is truly the best l have visited. Thank you for staying open. Those few extra minutes made my night ?!!

Portuguese bakeries always have good stuffAnd I'm always going
I was on Saturday it use to be called “ Lisboa “ on clearance- first off, not friendly, second , they young dark haired girl rushes you out, I’m in there just looking & every second anything else, anything else! Is not at all personable - I was in there she was helping a man the phone rings for a order, she just leaves the guy standing there and starts taking an order? Rude?! She doesn’t smile, I don’t find that location at all friendly. My cake I bought was stale ! The red velvet piece too!

I walked in to this bakery for the first time today and everything looked delicious and nicely displayed as soon as I entered. I bought some fresh bread and the biggest churros I have ever seen. Sonia kindly helped me with a menu and how to order a sandwich when I said I wanted to eat in.I ordered the apple/brie sandwich which came on toasted fresh bread with fresh baby spinach. I wasn’t in a hurry and enjoyed a fresh cappuccino while I was waiting. Sonia took care preparing the perfect sandwich and brought it to my table with a smile! It was delicious!!!I wasn’t sure I could eat the whole sandwich as it was an ample serving size for $7 but I did, because it was sooooooo OMG good! Next time, I will order a large one cappuccino because it was so good.I will be back and bring a friend next time, and take home a beautiful dessert or pastry for my family to enjoy. I wish I had walked into this place sooner. Yum!!! Thank you!Parking: It wasn’t hard to find a spot right outside the store in the free parking lot.

I read some of the comments but being an open minded person I wanted to make and educated decision. I will never return to this bakery. I stood waiting for more than 10 minutes while they ignored me. I spoke to a two staff who just said to wait while they were not busy. A customer came after me she and her daughter were a portugese and the customer service person quiclky came to serve her and the customer looked at me and said you were waiting please go. I thanked her. If I didn't promise my son a treat I would have walked out the store.

Fantastic value at this longtime Brampton Portuguese Bakery. The sandwiches they serve for $7 are fresh, delicious and VERY generous portions! Lots of great desserts and baked goods at extremely reasonable prices.Highly recommended!
