Worst experience ever! I ordered a Strawberry Milkshake that was curdled, a poutine that had no gravy and very little cheese curd, and a Signature Burger with bacon where the burger patty was half the size of the bun and only got a quarter slice of bacon! I would never order from Hero Burger again!

The customer service was not bad. The food was really bad, bitter, tasted spoilt. Order was messed up and completely wrong. They did try to fix it, but we were too late to keep going back to change again and again.

Don’t ever go here, went on a Saturday late afternoon early evening, the whole place was in darkness, probably because they didn’t want to serve anyone and wanted people think it was closed. We all had stomach aches after eating food, and also it took them half an hour to make three burgers, and three fries. It took so long for them to make the food that they forgot that we had ordered milkshakes too, which they proceeded to do one by one in the dark corner.

Really good food, customer service is fine but they done pick up theyre phone for orders. We went there 3 days in a row, called in advance- no answer.
Delicious n tasty burgers. Real beef patties, mushroom poutine is really good. Great service n friendly staff.

I ordered 2 burgers and a poutine and both of the burgers were stale and I was missing the poutine. I have never had a burger taste so bad like this. It was they Uber and the food tasted disgusting.
Hours say open but all of the lights are off. Confusing for delivery drivers. Staff threatened to report for fraud for no reason.

Booths showing lots of wear. The TV not turned on. No lights on in the dining room. But a sign asking for reviews.Ketchup tasted funny. I assume as they are serving ketchup in picnic plastic bottles that they are using a no name brand of ketchup. Not all ketchup is gluten free so it’s a concern for me.Otherwise food tasted great but I will get takeout next timeDietary restrictions: Great for gluten free individuals like myself.

Been to this location 2x. First time was a few months back in the summer so did not notice how dark the place was. Went back again in Dec and thought place was closed as it was so dark inside. Staff explained light is too bright and gives her a headache. When food came asked for hot sauce on the side and was told had to purchase it as a dipping sauce. Very shocked as the last time I went was not told that and was given hot sauce. At every other location have been given hot sauce. Asked the girl when this started and she said been like this for long time... Did not want to argue so I left it but don't think I will be going back to this location due to service...
