The rude drive thru staff told me, after taking the order and money, to wait in the parking and come back again to collect the order. This should've been made clear at the time I was ordering the food. Then, when I collected the food after about 10 minutes, I got a shabbily packed sandwich, which tasted gross, with no ketchup and napkins. Will not go to this location again.

I went to KFC for the very first time in my life on 27th Feb, 2024 with my friend in the late evening around 7:50pm and we placed our order and I asked for some Napkins from the staff. Suddenly one of the “MALE STAFF”with glasses looked at me and started badmouthing in PUNJABI about my makeup to his colleague in front of me because he thought I didn’t know PUNJABI. So I confronted him right away but he literally started showing me the wrong attitude and started behaving like he didn’t said anything and continued throwing his attitude towards me and arrogantly saying “WHAT?”… “WHAT?”…..First thing first, this type of attitude from the staff working in a reputed Franchise is strictly inappropriate.Secondly the staff working in this particular location of KFC “NEVER PAID FOR MY MAKEUP AND HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMMENT ON ME OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS….” just for their own satisfaction/fun by humiliating the customers.It was the life time worst experience I ever had and was never expected experience from such franchise or their “SO-CALLED” well trained staffs. I request the management of this franchise to take this issue into consideration and take appropriate measures to it.

Worst service ever, they are so slow. Most of their employees are giggling and on their phones when customers are waiting. Ridiculous service, never come here or wait more than 45 mins for your sandwich.
This fast food restaurant is a standard form of service and quality, which is average, nothing outstanding, it is just a place where they serve you expressly as well as the delivery of food, personally I am not a fan of These types of options due to their caloric content and their contribution to a good diet, however, were a good alternative at that time. The food being good and without long waits, I think for a weekend it is a good way to share with friends at a meeting, since we ordered a chicken and macaroni combo.

Today I order for veg sandwich but they give me non-veg. They are such a careless employee who does not hear the customers properly. I will never go there again and not recommend to anyone to go over there. The store was empty at that time not busy but still they cannot serve a customer properly.

My order was 4 pcs Dk meat, I got 2 Dk meat 1 white, and a part of a wing with clump of batter. Several mins to repeat my order to the person, then the cash tap had auto tipping…go figure ? shame for this KFC…
