poor service, they don't even know what customer have ordered i told then twice that its a combo still the girl working there didn't remembered the ordered first she charged me for one combo and don't even have drink with that. if you don't know how to work get training again. they don't even know how to pack food such a waste of time after paying 30$ you will not get your complete order there will be something missing for sure..

I ordered through Uber eats but I’m still scared to order until this day. We did a foil spread where we order slid if food and spread it in the foil. The Sandwich was not cooked it was still breathing!!!. I’m highly disappointed and won’t be eating from this location again. Ps Uber eats has failed to resolve this issue

Worst customer service skills ever. I would give zero stars if there was an option. I went there and grabbed code 6 for my kids to eat. When i got home there was only 11 pieces of chicken in the bucket. I called them and told them i am missing one piece of chicken. She asked me what time did i come in i told her just now. The bucket is suppose to come with 12 pieces of chicken. She said come back and i will give you two pieces. I said to her that's the best you can do she said yes. I told her i have to waste my gas money to come back there for one piece of chicken. What a shame. I learned to count to 12 when i was 5 years old in kindergarten. That worker who served me was atleast 20 years old minimum. Train your workers better or fire them for not knowing how to count to 12. I work in the customer service field and i always get compliments. If i had an issue with a customer and it was my fault i would handle the situation alot better. Worst customer service skills ever. Finally the workers there act like they don't care about anything like there lost in space. Very sad indeed.

I wanted to share my experience at this KFC location. Unfortunately, the customer service was quite disappointing. I've been there 4-5 times, and each time I encountered issues. The staff, particularly Aditi and Maninder, seemed to have a bad attitude when I asked for extra ketchup. On a previous visit, I requested sauces and cutlery, but they forgot to include them in the bag, so I had to go inside. It defeats the purpose of using the drive-through if I have to come back inside. I really hope they can improve their customer service. This happened on December 8th around 7 PM.
I ordered a plant based combo burger was stale and there is no sauce at all and fries are soggy terrible

We bought two sandwiches and one large corn. Corns container was at the bottom and sandwich were on top in the bag. In just 30-40 seconds, after getting food from the window i felt some wetness on my lap. As I lifted up the bag, the corn fell on me and in the car. ( corn container lid was not fully closed and was packed upside down, is the only possibility i thought off). Went back to them, but take some tissue papers and we will make new one were only 2 lines on their mouth. It was such a worse experience of KFC as i usually get food from them. Had to clean the seat, floor and door. Don’t come here, because what i overheard the conversation between the crew that it was 2nd time today. ????

This is the absolute worst KFC in Peel! Chicken is tasteless...where is the seasoning on the chicken? Are you trying to save on it? And why is a single thigh cut into TWO pieces and charged as such? This is criminal. I will never order here again! This has been going on foe some time now. Disgusting.
