Placed order online….qualified for 3 free pieces offer ($20 before tax), got there to pick up…no free pieces…offered to BUY THEM THEN they said no, paid $$ to upgrade chicken pieces ordered to white meat…pieces were TINY! No fork for coleslaw, cold crappie fries. I don’t recommend this location.
This location always smells. The franchise is so cheap can't use real floor cleaner, makes you wonder what else is not cleaned properly. You can't eat in here because of the stench. They don't care enough about the customers so they have no sign in the back telling ppl to use the front. This location truly doesn't care about its customers. Waiting times are too high and organizing orders should still needs some improvement. Crowded on weekends. All COVID protocols were followed. Offers will be available too often. Almost all the orders here in this branch are take aways.
