The best Baker in Ontario.....PERIOD!!! I bought a red velvet cake for my birthday and brought it to work to share with my colleagues, I think it served about 30 people, and let me tell you, in minutes, everything was devoured. It was AMAZINGGGGG. The texture, the flavor, the decorations on it was just out of this world. You can tell that this lady bakes her cake with love. I was totally AWED by her professionalism and her presentation. She even gave me a discount which was not really important for me because I believe that creating such a masterpiece deserves every penny that was charged. I wished that there were more stars as she deserves a 10 STAR. Thank you, Kimmy, for such an amazing cake. This really made my birthday even better. My colleagues are begging me to pass on your number, which I will. Thanks a million.

Kimmy made our daughter's wedding cake this past Aug. It was amazing and enjoyed by all. I'm still hearing from friends about how flavourful and moist it was. She is a great baker and would definitely highly recommend her.

Unfortunately, I have to give Kimmy's Cake World zero stars. I had a great service with Kimmy in 2019 so I sought her services for a strawberry shortcake for a dear friend's birthday in May 2022. After discussing the details and paying a deposit, the pick-up time was changed days later which was inconvenient. On the day of the pick-up, I still had to wait about 45 minutes outside of her door because the cake was not ready, and there was no response when I knocked. I had to ask for a small discount because one was not offered out of courtesy.The cake was not consumed at the party that evening. When I saw my friend a few weeks later, she shared the following that was sent to Kimmy in an email: "The cake itself was dry and tasteless to the point that I could not swallow it. The cream layers were vanilla except for one, which maybe had slight strawberry essence (it had the slightest touch of pink), but the strawberry was undetectable. The cake overall was certainly not a strawberry shortcake. The fondant was extremely thick and inedible....to be honest...had to throw it out due to poor quality....I understand the process of retrieving the cake by my friend Shelly was also substandard". There was no reply to this email.I will gladly spend money and make recommendations when I receive good service, however, I would not recommend Kimmy's Cake World.
