Placed an order on Uber eats for two wraps with mild spice , received way more than mild spice and so I called the store to make a complaint, to which a gentleman answered the phone.I told him my issue with the order to which he asked me to come to the store and both would be remade for me , awesome sounds good , I get it mistakes happen .I asked the guy if we had to bring the wraps back to the store as they were cut up because we were trying to find out if there was as much spice as it seemed when we tried to eat it .The guy told me not to worry about it just swing by whenever during the day .I showed up to the counter and told the staff what had happened and my phone call with the gentleman who answered the phone , they quickly agreed to make the order, awesome so far.At this point the lady working the front counter immediately questioned me as toi why I didn’t bring the food , I explained the guy told me not to. She then proceeded to passively aggressively tell me that I was trying to scam them for free food , and showed me so much attitude despite me trying to explain toi her that her own staff told me not to …Foods usually pretty good , absolutely garbage service .

DO NOT GO! EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE. The Arabic manager is rude with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.Yesterday they gave me wrong items in chicken shawarma WITHOUT informing me as they were out of some items. I have allergies and ended up in the hospital due to their mistake!The Arabic manager asked me did you return the items that were wrong and I told him that I called the branch at least 100 times and nobody picked up the call so that I could arrange for the return of the items and he completely thrashed me by saying that they were busy with other customers and other customers have priority over the customers who were calling, so please be aware that if there is something wrong with your order That you are asking a delivery of then nobody is going to help you specially the manager or the people at this branch.When I called the manager and told him that I called the branch multiple times, he said that they were busy with other customers and other customers have more priority over somebody who is calling, and this was my terrible experience speaking to the Arabic manager, I do not suggest anybody go to this branch.
