We went to Magdhi on Sunday evening, we had been there before and took few friends to this time. (4 stars for food are from earlier experience) We were six and requested if we could sit together with joined tables. Floor manager Muskan expressed inability to do so even though we asked few times. We settled down on two separate tables and within next few minutes, she joined two tables for another group. When we confronted her asking why we were not accommodated, she did not provide any valid reason and was rude. So we did not feel like having food and while leaving one of us said 'we are not leaving with a good experience' and her response was 'up to you'. Such arrogance is not expected in a customer service business. Quite disappointing experience!!Looking at the bright side, we found another great South Indian restaurant A2B nearby and at least were treated with courtesy and good food.

Doing everything right...Great food,Great Service,Neat and Clean restaurant with pocket friendly prices..have visited twice with family within a span of 3 days...These are the restaurants that should be promoted by all foodies.. it's for people who believe it's the food not the gimmicks...that's a hard core foodies delight..Keep it up..Kudos to the wonderful Owner and staff..doing a great job...Happy we found this place ❤️Vegetarian options: Spoilt for choice...everything is just perfectly balanced...the spice levels,the proportions and the quantity..happy to find this place.Kid-friendliness: Ample kids chairs

The Restaurant takes no reservations, they let you rather wait until everyone has arrived. They don’t care if the guest is 85 years old.The channa puri was very oily, dosa came cold with warm samber. The seating is little bit uncomfortable.

I ordered mysore masala dosa with onion. It was very tasty. It says spicy but with cocunut and green chutney, it didnt seem to me too spicy. Service was fast. The moment food came, it was smelling tempting. Kudos to the chef. Then I ordered madras coffee. It would be nice if you increase the volume of madras coffee and have brown sugar as optional to white sugar.Vegetarian options: Healthy and kids friendly menu
