Atmosphere was very nice! The fish and bird rooms are my personal favourites.The food is great, and I always enjoy their chicken balls, fried rice, and noodles. I quite like the eggdrop mushroom soup.Emily, the server I had, was very kind and welcoming when I went there on my birthday, so I ate free.
The restaurant accommodated us even of it was the busiest day of the month, mother's day, without any prior reservation.Emily took care of our needs plus gave us the birthday discount for our daughter even without the email coupon. One of the most amazing service we got from Mandarin, and we are always here for special occasions.

One visit(Lucy and Bo) were polite, efficient, and enthusiastic. The next visit several days later(Fiona), was equally as good. Being a Mandarin HQ, the atmosphere blows most other Mandarins, not to mention other restaurants away.

The Mandarin gave my Dad a surprise treat and let him dine for free on his birthday! Amazing! Food is delicious and plenty. They have their signature items out and do not deviate from them. Love the buffet style and everyone gets something they like. Hands down one of the best buffet style dinner venues around. There's always something for everyone and it's clear to see what food groups contain nuts, dairy, gluten and more. Very helpful information ℹ️ for everyone at our table. Dessert was good, and more ice cream than people could eat. Lots of space for couples or big families or parties up to 20+ people. My fortune cookie told me about my future with serendipity. Duly noted fortune cookie. Duly noted.

Service is always good. Food at the Biscayne location is always well made. It draws you in. The ambience is really nice. People are respectful of others, and even though it's full, it never feels crowded.
Not good service.Rushed, rushed, rushed…and many empty plates on buffet.We arrived at 4pm ..the buffet just begun for dinner .. still empty plates and we were so rushed.
