I bought kids tenders meal with no sauce even though the meal comes with dipping sauce. And they charge me extra for sauce. Other mary browns says that mary browns never charges for sauce.Sorry but I don’t want anything in return but it’s like a scam I didn’t get the sauce with meal and when I ask the girl she said no we charges for sauces. After that she told the other girls as well about me in her language.

This is by far the absolute best Mary Browns location, on every front, that I have ever been to since they first came on the scene in Canada. I drive all the way from Vaughan to go here. There are so many other locations that could learn a lot from who’s ever running the show here. Food always hot, not warm, salads are cold not cool and the chicken is always crispy, never mushy or greasy. The size of each piece is always impressive and even the white meat is so juicy you don’t have to chew forever then wash it down with whatever your drinking. And most of all, when you ask for no wings in your meal, they don’t say ok and then ignore you and stick them in there anyway. Always a pleasure eating here.

I already called the store and was offered some free wedges, but I already told the girl I will never go back to that location.Like I said, the visibly inedible food you guys gave me was done intentionally; you don’t give someone food that looks that bad and not mean it.Long story short they served me some old food that should’ve been thrown out already.This wasn’t borderline acceptable food. These were clearly not suitable for human consumption so I’m inclined to believe that they intentionally sold me bad food.I wish only the worst for this location and it’s workers. You give the brand a very bad name.
