Horrible disrespectful and extremely impatient staff (inside restaurant plus drive thru) whichever team trains the staff here needs to be taking a long hard look at their strategies! Won't visit again. Staff here thinks they are doing customers a favor by serving them. Absolute fail of a location.

Walked in to order two mini flurries for my children. After waiting 15 min I asked the manager Debrah a question she brushed me off with a “ya ya I’ll get to you”Watching take out orders with flurries go out and mine no where in sight.I get that you’re busy (there was no one in the store) but 20 min for flurries and to have a manager look at me with disgust and brush me off is not acceptable.Do better debroah

Slow service when it's not busy and managers ask questions when you request something. I asked for an extra empty cup to split the coffee I had and the manager started to interrogate me as to why I wanted to the extra cup. They make things unnecessarily difficult.

Ordered 3 coffees and 3 hashbrowns just now, we were asked to pull to the side to wait for ONE hashbrown, the 2 hashbrowns were lukewarm at best (not fresh at all), as I was going inside a black rep who had delivered the 2 hashbrowns had the most attitude asking why am I bringing back the hashbrowns, I mentioned they are not fresh and we’d like 3 FRESH hashbrowns - no apology, no acknowledgment I gave her back the 2 hash browns and she looked at me in annoyance and went to the back to whisper to the other representatives, 1 who I can assume was maybe a manager.. at this point not ONE representative communicated to me while I was in there.. as I was waiting for the other 2 hasbrowns after waiting inside for a few minutes the rep walked right past me to bring out the other hashbrowns - still no acknowledgment from none of the employees! It wasn’t until MINUTES after she asked me if I needed something I told her I was waiting for the hashbrowns in which she then replied “I brought them out already” I then said “so why is no one communicating with me?” “I have been standing here for so long” no one can answer! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! ZERO STARS! The 2 coffees did not have sweetener either and all 3 of those ladies in the cashier/ kitchen area look as though they hate their jobs! I didn’t even receive a greeting! If that is the case - find a different establishment to work for!On another note - Anna at the first window her customer service was amazing! People like her should be in management there! I’ll be damned if I come to this establishment again!I’ll also be submitting a formal complaint to head office!

I had requested for hot burger and fries to be served but they served cold food instead of fresh hot food. On notifying, the lady manager was rude and argued about the food instead of accepting the mistake. I didn't want to make any arguments. Most of the dining area was unclean, washroom was unclean. Play area closed on a Friday evening at 7:30 pm rather than standard 9 pm across McDonald's. Overall dissatisfied. Don't recommend this branch to customers.Kid-friendliness: Play Area available

This location is absolute garbage. Ordered all chicken sandwiches and for all of them they place the mayo not on the bun but on the box. And they got one of my order items wrong which I paid extra for and did not get it. This place is full of incompetent people from the manager right down to the lowest position there. Even the drink dispenser all the drink option just tasted like coloured mineral water. This place should close down, its useless like it’s staff

First things first, understand this is McDonalds not the Keg. For mornings to 3pm on a weekday it's good 5/5 food and service (weekends are swamped prob lowers to 3/5): I always go to the drive-through and went in less than a handful of time. What I can say...this location (maybe cuz it's busy) always has the freshest food.much better than the one on Sandalwood. when I go there around lunch its usually only 1-2 or zero cars and when there is a line they work fast. None of that eternal queueing nonsense. Also, there's a lady there and the staff in general actually look like they're enjoying life. Both young and old. The one lady(you'll know her when u meet her lol)is very kind and bubbly. ASIDE FROM THIS, and this may go for every food place now. But check to make sure you have your sauces/napkins. Again of all the mckies, this location usually doesn't forget mine...during the stated times. Idk what's wrong with sandalwood but they're forever messing up orders. The one on Main is so so also. Like it's fine. But you want fresh fries and burgers, the one on queens the best...during those times. My tip weekday lunch is great but watchout for those weekend rushes. It doesn't sound pleasant. Also that rush is prob why so many ppl are giving a bad rating.Parking: Although the parking lot isn't large, every single time I've been there throughout hours of the day there was always 40-50% for certain in available parking. It's a very mobile mckies. I believe many ppl do takeout here and get on with their day

This has to be the worst McDonalds in all of Brampton. If the service was any slower it would be in reverse. Do t even think of going through the drive through u less you have 30 mins to waste. Inside is t any better. Waiting over 20 mins for standard items. The good news is Burger King is right across the street.
