Ordered double cheeseburgers (x2) and a large fry and they gave us 2 single cheeseburgers and the fries were unsalted. If we weren’t already home we would have went back to have it corrects. Very disheartened as this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Won’t be coming back to this location. Good thing there’s another McDonald’s in Walmart that’s more reliable and won’t rip me off for my $$.

The staff members responsible for drive thru orders on February 25, 2024 around 9:45am don’t have any attention to detail. We ordered 3 breakfast combos but what they handed us didn’t include any straws for the drinks, any hash browns, or any salsa for the burritos. I parked and walked inside the store to get what was missing in our order and there was just 1 family of 4 dining, so it wasn’t even busy. The drive thru wasn’t busy either. There’s no excuse to be this poor at your job, especially so early into your shift in the morning. The customer service was just as poor as the attention to detail from the girl who was taking payments at the first drive thru window. She just sticks out the card machine without greeting you, looking at you or confirming the order and price with you.Take some damn pride in your work.

This location is the one inside Walmart at Mississauga rd and Williams. Jessie is very rude. It’s their part of job to greet their customers but she never does and even though if customer greets she never replies back. Their fries are always stale. Worst McDonald’s experience ever.
