I have eaten at many Osmows franchises and all of them put customer satisfaction first except this branch. I bought 3 medium boxes of half and half chicken and they put 1 box worth of chicken in 3 BOXES! To a point where all I was tasting was fries and rice. Be wary, make sure you insist on paying for extra garlic sauce. They say that they don’t charge you for extra sauce even though you tell them to put “extra sauce” at the cash register. Then once they start putting sauce in your box, they start being greedy as though they are going to run out. I don’t care for your special that is being run. Give me what I pay for and I’ll happily pay extra, do not put restraints upon a customer because of your special offer….. FYI, I have been a customer here for a year and they used to be generous and not petty like they are now. Instead of taking a step forward the branch is walking backwards.

Poor customer service I have ever seen . The lady they have appointed so called manager she does not know how to talk with the customers. She is very rude and arrogant. I request to the management kindly closely look the behaviour of this lady how she deals with the customers.
