Nothing special to share. Fortinos is where we do our primary grocery shopping. More of a pleasant shopping experience than Walmart - a lower class of cliental - and generally better quality. Yo get what you pay for.

Don’t take it out on me! I went to the bakery counter for 6 cupcakes for my son’s 20th birthday. I selected a number, as noted on the sign. The number’s were off, (appeared no longer in use, as it was not busy at time) Friday December 10th, between 4:20-4:35pm. One customer just finished being served, a couple ahead of me is being served by someone else. Now, it my turn...all I wanted was a selection of my sons favorite cupcake. I asked with a smile????, pointed at my first selection , I was then rushed, she made me feel like, I interpreted what she was doing!! Really. I couldn’t take it any more, I left with only 3 of the 6 cupcakes he wanted. Sad, sad so sad.

Lady named salah or idk was just scanning items without checking them. When I asked for milk price she didn’t know how to go back and check. She just scanned regular price and there was very big sticker for 50% off. Just make sure all your items. 0 star for service

Fantastic meals at very reasonable prices. Bought the Roast Beef dinner to enjoy at home. Tasted just like the dinners at the restaurant but at a fraction of the price. Jus is kept separate to heat up at home. So yummy!

Food is always of higher caliber then expected and definitely at a decent price. Everyone should try the Prime Rib sandwich. It's fantastic. The soups they offer are great too especially the Lobster Bisque.

Fresh food nice place to eat surrounding with fresh plants. Good relaxing place to have little snack after grocery shopping. I love there oven bake pizza too.
Fortinos has some of the most delicious cakes one can find in this area. Its bread section is another place to look out for.It's fruits are delicious and fresh.

I used to go to Fortino's all the time when I lived in Brampton, having moved to Ottawa, I really do miss the quality and variety that this grocery store offers. It really is a tough experience to beat grocery store wise. Pizza, udon, sandwiches and soups are good! Unique options for a grocery store.

Great tasting fresh food. All the convenience of fast food but waaaay better. Great service at this location and the food is always fresh. I grab lunch here all the time and it's really affordable with a lot of variety

While I enjoy shopping in Fortinos, I am not impressed with how the staff seems oblivious to kids over the age of two being unmasked in the store. I was in Fortinos about 40mins ago and noticed two kids about 12, 13 yrs old who didn’t have their mask on. They went over to their mom, who was at the pizza counter. She did have a mask on…but under her nose. I stood behind the mom at the pizza counter and noticed the pizza cashier / server seemed oblivious to mom and her unmasked kids as they were making their order. When I got to the counter, I asked the pizza cashier / server if they are allowed to be unmasked in the store and she said no...but that they were kids. She then left her counter to go talk to those kids. She asked if they had a mask on and they said no. One of them, by this time, was also eating an apple! She tells them they they are not allowed to eat in the store and that they need a mask. She asks them to come over to the chicken counter area - I’m assuming to provide them with a mask…and it looks like they were going over to get the mask but all of sudden they weren’t there. I can only hope that they did get a mask and that they did put it on. Another pizza cahier / server attended to me instead so I wasn’t able to find out what exactly happened from the initial pizza cashier / server. After I completed the rest of my groceries and checked out at the main cash, I noticed another mom with two young kids standing behind me. Her kids weren't wearing a mask either. Once again, none of the employees said a thing. So when I got to this cashier, I asked her the same question about kids being allowed to be unmasked in the store and she said no, they aren't allowed to do that. Only kids under two. I asked why isn't it enforced then? She says Fortinos doesn't want to get in trouble as they might get sued by these parents. My question is why is there a sign posted with the rules of mask wearing when it is not enforced in the store? Do those who choose to not follow the rules get preferential treatment over those who do? How does that affect my safety and the safety of other customers in your store? I look forward to your response.
