Just ordered through uber eats and both meals smelt sour, something was spoilt. I don't under how you can serve food like that. My 5 year old almost ate it and if I didn't stop her she would've gotten sick. This restaurant used to be my go to but as of now you've lost alot of ratings and quite a few customers

Pepper Shack has become overpriced and limited in what they serve. The servers have no customer service and don’t know how to deal with recurrent customers. As of today, they have lost me as a customer, who supported them for so long.

I ordered callaloo for lunch with food. The callaloo was not stripped every bite was stringy. The boiled potatoes was raw. I was told by lady in front to hurry up and make up my mind because she us busy in back. This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. Never again. DO NOT waste your money. FOOD AND SERVICE TERRIBLE. Zero stars.
