Hands down the worst location, and judging by the responses from the owner, probably just as racist as the employees. This isn’t uncommon in modern Brampton, but if you are not Indian they have an automatic prejudice against. The cashier had no problem dealing with every other Indian client, but when I step up to the counter, all mannerisms and respect was gone. My order total was $13.55, I paid with cash with exact change, a $20 bill and 55 cents, doing the math my change would be $7. As shown in my picture attached I was handed my food with no seal, and $4 in change. One thing to have a bad experience, but for me to lose money when I’m already spending in your establishment had me pissed me off. After handing me the incorrect she walked away. There was a no opportunity to address the mistake. My food by default comes with a dipping sauce in the box, I had to go wait two minutes to get her attention.This was intentional, she didn’t want to serve me. I’ve been attending this Pizza Hut since I was child and the dining room was still open, many of these employees did not work here when I stated eating here. Like I said, common trend in Brampton. If you are not Indian, how you are treated doesn’t matter.DO NOT go here, there is location 5 minutes up the street on McLaughlin, might be a slight inconvenience, but if they can’t get customer service right, it’s worth it, trust me.To management: We spend our hard earned money here, no one deserves to be discriminated. If you aren’t going to make my situation, please see that you make sure this DOES NOT happen again to another customer, no matter the race.

This Pizza Hut location is the worst service I have ever see. I order 3 middle Pizza for $37.99+$4 for stuffed and 2L bottle drink for 4.29 total was 46.28 for dine in but when I ask them for the plate and cup they don’t have it. It is fine but we need to cancel the drink because no cup. But when I cancel, the price come up to $52So that means I have to pay more money then I take the drink. And the lady told me that the system. It doesn’t make any sense. She talks so rude to me. ( dine in no washroom to use even wash the hand) never go there again.

When i was ordering cheese pizza, I requested them to put a little but extra cheese as pizza hut is stingy with cheese. The person taking my order nodded yes and then did NOT even communicate my request to the girl making pizza in the back. And while making pizza she was talking on the phine with airpod in her ear... is this how jobs are done these days? Saying yes to the customer and not telling the cook( who is on the phone) about customer's request? Seriously... not coming here again. Bye bye pizza hut... you lost a customer permanently... happy gossiping on the phone!

Incredibly poor service!!!!Ordered my pizza at noon and when I came to pick it up they told me they ran out of pepperoni!!Why would they not put aside enough for my order or call me in advance to tell me they were out so I could have cancelled my order.Pathetic!!!!
Not worth going here at all. Disappointed at the service. Pizza wasn’t tasty at all. Barely any cheese and pepperoni on it. Ordered 3 medium and 1 large pizza. Never again coming to this location.
