The service is speedy, the pizza is delicious - fresh tasting with a crunchy crust underneath. I usually take my order to go.Vegetarian options: I really like the veggie pizza. Ordered two months ago, pizza was delicious. Today very much the opposite, no sauce, cheese on the bottom with other ingredients thrown on the top and falling off as you tried to eat. The delivery guy was very unpleasant, wish I could have taken back the tip. Lesson learned.

I ordered a party cheese late night on Sunday approx 11:15-ish. For pick up, I usually have it delivered, but I was heading out.I came in and was greeted right away.A younger male (with a slight accent) came to help me, I told him I was picking up.He explained that the pizza was not ready, and I was early. (I knew this) I sat down to wait.When I called ahead to order, I requested the pizza "be cooked longer, but not well done".While I was waiting he asked me 2 times to look at the pizza in the oven to see if it was cooked enough for me. Which he didn't need to do.? I appreciated that.He was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.I wouldn't normally tip on a take out order, I didn't feel pressured to tip, but I wanted to because he treated me like he valued me as a customer.I do hope he gets the tip, he was the only one in the pizza store at this time (3 male employees left when i was just sitting down.)Thanks dude! (No name tag)Parking: The store is in a plaza and there's limited plaza parking spots especially during busy times. It is usually "somewhat difficult to find parking" in that plaza. But not at 11pm on a Sunday.**That plaza is on the corner of 2 busy roads in Brampton, Highway 10 (Hurontatio) and Bovaid, it can be difficult to exit the plaza during busy times**

The chicken nuggets are so very small and not at all what is shown on the website. It's really false advertising and thank goodness we didn't get the large order. They are super small. The pizza is good and delivery driver nice but they are ripping you off with the boneless chicken so beware.

I have been this location 7 years, this year the taste went down, 90% chance got salty or not completely cooked, yesterday I ordered spicy pizza and well done, the green pepper taste super salty and not well done, I have to take a break of pizza nova.
Cheese Pizza with no other topings is excellent here. Good customer service and parking available infront of the store.

I just paid,$34 plus a $4 dollar tip jumbo pizza very little cheese and sauce crust hard on the bottom and thin terrible nothing like I expected from pizza nova. Totally unsatisfied

I would give ZERO stars if I could. First party size pizza was wrong. After 4 phone calls to customer service. I finally got another pizza only to see that it had the SAME error. The people at this restaurant are INCOMPETENT. Do NOT order from here
