If I could give pizza pizza location at mayfield & bramalea in Brampton a 0 star I would because they r not clean people every single time I order from thwm it tastes like curry and completly spicy ! Their pizza is the most horrible thing I have ever had in my life and when I call customer service to Complain all they say is they don’t use curry yet that’s all I can taste off their pizza ! And when I call customer service to complain about this place and the way they make their pizza I get well there is nothing we can do for u except relpace the order and I don’t want the pizza from this location and they won’t even allow me to pick up from another location never mind having another location deliver it to my home ! Then when I say I paid 26 $ for the pizza they say we will give a $9 credit for a pizza that’s over $20 like wth !! ?I won’t be ordering pizza pizza while I live in Brampton and I’ll be telling all friends and family to never order them as welll ! I’m completly disgusted ?

The lady at the counter gave us cold Jalapeño poppers, my friend took a bite and she went back to the cashier to show that it is not properly done.She just took it and deep fry it again even put the the one from which we took bite.the oil is for sure contaminated now at this location please don't ask for fries or any other sides.

I went to this store around noon today and ordered jalapeño poppers and I was so hungry that time but the moment I got the poppers I was so sad that I received cold and oily popper's. I went back to the cashier and told her the situation and even told her those are cold instead of apologizing she just said i did put them in the fryer and just because I told her that these are cold and even showed her that the cheese is not even melted yet she decided to put the same jalapeño poppers back in the oil and I was just so disgusted by that, and ended up throwing them in the garbage and had to just leave.

Went to pizza pizza around 1pm today(feb 14, 2023). The store was completely empty as I was the only customer. There's 3 workers in the back. All clearly made eye contact with me, yet decided not to come to the front. Approximately five minutes later, another customer walks in and yet nobody moved in to provide service. After another few mins, a lady comes in to take the order. However, as I'm the first person in line, she overlooks me and takes the order of the person behind me as if I was invisible. This is completely unacceptable, horrible/no service at all! Walked out and never going back!
