Ordered a delivery and bought the 12 piece chicken. Very disappointed with the size of the chicken leg and wings. 3 out of the 12 were very tiny and not worth the price we are paying for this.Uploaded Image: 1 piece of the regular/average size drumstick compared to the tiny one we received plus the 2 chicken pieces that were also tiny. Very very disappointed.
I can definitely say after over 15 years of eating at Popeye's, the food and customer service has gone downhill. You can tell where you see only one person working in the back, they are much slower. Food sits there for an extended period of time. Chicken is not fresh most of the time you get it.
