If there were 0 stars I would give those today , just went for dinner we were the only one’s there and service was bad .. chicken had a smell that it was either refrigerated or old , told the server about chicken smell she said chef says it was marinated this morning .. nothing tasted good . This place used to have good food and now has gone down spiral .. certainly not coming again. Horrible horrible food which will make you sick .

This photo is of Hot garlic chicken (dry).It felt like it was microwaved and given to me.After coming home and eating the dish, i called, the restaurant’s representative was like ‘oh i m sorry’.This was a Takeout order. And i have very frequently ordered in past as i live nearby.My conclusion- either change of chef or cost cutting.

Took sweets from them. It was really looking attractive but seems to be very old stock. All hard and dry. Had to throw it away. I don't know why do they have Indian sweets in hakka restaurant. Food otherwise was good. Soup and chopsey was tasty ?

We had upset stomach afterwards.. The items might have standard Chinese dishes name but they look and taste nothing like them.. I mean beef chilli dry has red sauce with chili flakes in it with green bell pepper..???Not going there again.. EVER!!
Today I ordered for dinner the below:Chicken Manchow soup ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Chicken fried rice ⭐️Chicken chill gravy ⭐️dishes & it turned out pathetic , as the chicken was smelling so bad in very bite of chicken you can taste the bad smell ; we had explored this restaurant thrice but this time it was very unpleasant had to throw whole take out.

It used to be a go-to place for us but recent couple of visits have had me thinking. The quality as well as quantity has gone down.Recently ordered a tray and was given a wrong order in spite of the correct order name written on the box!! Imagine the situation when you open a wrong food tray with guests around. Does an apology really work in that situation? Any normal restaurant would have immediately offered a full refund but I guess they have too many patrons so it doesn't matter if they lose one.If you are ordering take away, make sure you open the box and check the contents before leaving.Response to management: Added video and picture proof since you dont believe your customers! Also, what sort of attitude is this? I write reviews wherever I go and I write what I feel about the place.I did call your place. I would never have gone to collect a refund but I definitely expected management to offer a full refund the first thing after hearing the issue. Your response speaks volumes of the attitude of your management. I'm sure the folks who read reviews will understand and be cautious when they place order here. As for me and my friends, we have better options than this place!

I recently dined at Red Chillies, and while the service was a bit slow despite being the only guests, the food made up for it. The sweet and sour chicken and vegetable noodles were particularly delightful.
