I'm editing my review since they now serve the same patties you can get in Costco and charge you a premium for it. The beef patties are now mixed with beans for the filling. Very disappointed with my latest purchase. This is deceiving. And I will not be buying patties back from here.

Today our dinner portions were very small, definitely smaller than what we usually get. More importantly, the chicken tasted off, very unpleasant taste! Don’t know if they have changed seasonings, or if they have new cooks, but our experience tonight was the worst we’ve experienced! Time to reevaluate our list of go too favourites!

Normally it’s very good however today portions were very small. Food was cold, chicken tastes off and service was poor. When I asked why portions were so small I was totally ignored. Also, this is a restaurant not a bar. What’s with the loud music????

Food is great for a fast food joint. Could be better. Portions are inconsistent however. Depending on the servers you get, you may get a decent portion of rice/toppings/meat or very limited portions. This needs to be addressed as portions should be consistent every visit. I will let them know the next time I’m in there because it is not acceptable. Furthermore, prices were increased for the bowls (understandable) so it’s only fair we get at least the same amount of food for the raised price - not less!I will be visiting other locations to see if portions are more consistent/fair than the Brampton one.I didn’t want to mention this but remember to check what you’re paying for as I was charged around $20+ for a jerk chicken bowl. After I pointed it out then she changed the price down to around $16. Might’ve been an honest mistake, but still not something that should be happening.
Just as good as the Scarborough location... but wish they'd bring back their yummy jalapeños for the jerk/bbq poutine!

I like Scotty Bons, but this Brampton location is a bad mark on Scotty Bons franchise. The last time I did my purchase from the North York location, my experience was very satisfied.But on this location, first impression staff is not welcoming. They work like they don't like your existence. Second, food serving is bad. I mean, really bad, my bowl is just half full( Soctty Bones franchise management should look into it). I will not go into this location anymore. If you scottybones, go some other locations but not the Brampton one.
Food was yummy. Big portions. Had Oxtail and Goat curry with rice. Will try the cocobun next time.

Poor portions received today through our order with skip. We usually drop in for take out and get decent portions but have noticed it's much less with delivery services.
The food was absolutely fantastic. I really loved it. We got a chicken sandwich and it was delicious. We also got fries and they were ok. Not the best fries I've ever had, but still serviceable. The restaurant itself is more a fast food style, and not a proper sit down restaurant which is great if you're grabbing a quick bite. The value for money is also pretty good, good portions and really tasty. Overall would recommend!Vegetarian options: They have veggie sandwich and veggie bowl optionsParking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot

Clean quick and efficient! Friendly staff, friendly and inviting environment! Dine in is comfortable with a beautiful setting and great music!
Never again! I spent about 20 mins checking reviews before eating here and I wish I trusted my instinct. I went there at about 8:40pm in a weekday. Service was nothing to call home about but that was fine. However, the food was really bad! One of my pieces of chicken was literally inedible. It was like rubber. I'm not sure if it was the time of day, but it was really bad. For those expecting a more traditional dish, this is also not it. I will say that the indoor dining area was nice though I got it to go.

Honestly not a bad spot! I’m not sure how authentic it is, but I do like the food and prices here. BBQ Chicken Sandwich - for a $7 “fully loaded” sandwich, you can’t go wrong. The mango chutney was a nice touch and different. I liked it and would definitely order it again! - nice and friendly staff! Fast with the order! A nice and quick takeout spot, nothing wrong with it. Has nice decor and tropical vibe and most importantly, it’s quite clean!Parking: Not an issue with parking as it’s in a plaza!
