Under new management, the food here is now exceptional. The portions are very generous and the made from scratch garlic sauce is delicious. One of the most authentic tasting Middle Eastern restaurants. The brown lentil rice is so flavourful. Will definitely return. The owner and staff provide friendly and efficient service! My husband and I just stopped in here for lunch for the first time. It was amazing!! My husband got the beef and chicken plate and I got the falafel wrap and also an order of butter cream fries. My husband said the meat was perfectly cooked and delicious. My wrap was amazing and the fries you have to try! I ate way more than I wanted to because I couldn’t stop eating them lol. The staff were also so welcoming, friendly and patient. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Update 2024: I no longer go to this place because twice i got chewy and half cooked chicken shawarma in my takeout. The flavours and the quality aren’t the same after new people took over. It’s a shame as this was our favourite shawarma place.2021 review: Me and my husband always (almost weekly) get our shawarmas from here from the past 2 years. I personally love the chicken shawarma wrap and the chicken on the rocks. The chicken is always fresh and the sauces are delicious especially the garlic one
I was a long time customer here. The staff used to treat their customers with lots of respect and by being humble. I just visited here after long back today, the customer service was really bad. They are very disrespectful. I had a long day and was not having enough energy to argue back. I see change in staff too. Just to maintain discipline i didn't replied them the way they treated. But trust me u will get a customer who's not gonna resist the disrespect.Had a really bad experience this time. Not going here anymore.Now i guess I'm going to show my loyalty as a customer to lazeez shawarma.

I am a long time customer, but no more. So it looks like from the recent reviews this place has new owners. That would explain the change in quality. I got the large falafel wrap, it was small. The falafels under the originals owners were big, freshly made, crispy outside, fluffy inside and plentiful in the wrap. This time I got 2 tiny, almost burnt, shrivelled up, sad falafels. What a shame. I won't be going back.

This place used to be good a couple of years ago, now it's in complete decline.Just ordered chicken on the rocks recently on doordash, and the chicken was uncomprehendingly dry and chewy, and their was a very stingy amount of sauce even when I requested extra.Never ordering from here again.
