I got family meals for 10 people on Sunday and now we are all suffering from food poisoning. Loose motions and Stomachache since last night. Looks like all the food is prepared and stored for several days and just heated before serving.Chicken lollipops clearly seemed to be prepared few days ago and very hard flesh like cardboard.While ordering I was under the impression it is one of the reputable Silver Spoon restaurants which is in Missisauga but apparently it's not. This is something else.Wont go again and not recommended.Not fresh at all despite the claims. I paid for the food so can attest to this.

Quality of food is very bad... It's not a original brand nor a franchise.. Food taste is very bad ... Please avoid going there, I spend 120$ today and all the food not good...counter staff Raman, Kamal and manager Ali all. Scamming people... Pls avoid this place.. Owner pls. Don't spoil the original name. Of. Silverspoon becuase of you... People getting fooled..Talked to the manager at around 10am Feb 23,2024 and they confirmed that they are not part of original. Silverspoon and they are duplicate one. and there taste are totally different.. Asked for refund and they refuses and told to through the food in garbage.. No refund and not giving the owners name nor their phone number.. He is very rude and not coming for any resolution..Owner is lieing they never called us.. I called them but the store people not giving nor connecting to owner..bad customer support bad restaurant bad food..

It was the worst chicken Biryani ever. It's not even basmati rice they made. It was white sticky rice with a chicken peice cooked in some kind of curry. Didn't taste like it used at all. Fish pakora was not too bad but not the same crispy fish. Huge peices. Did the owners change. Very disappointed. Will not go there no more.
