My husband and I have been a loyal customers for the past 4 months we have been sitting in the same spot every time we come every Tuesday , I went to St Louis today at 7:11pm, the girl at the bar who claims she is the manager is extremely rude with a poor attitude tells me I can’t sit in the same spot that was available at the time and asks me to pick another spot although I have been sitting there every Tuesday. She has zero customers service skills and doesn’t know how to talk to customers or deal with them. I don’t think she is fit for this job at all. I’ll never be returning to this location again. I’m really hoping this is a wake up call to the owner.

This is my second time at this location, and I've found that the wings are consistently dry, hard, and the food portions are very small. There's hardly any sauce on them. I took a picture of my food but haven't eaten anything yet. Is this worth $23 for 1 lb of wings with fries?
Food taste bad. Drinks are mandatory purchase with the All you can eat . However， the customer service are good.

Never again will I eat here. I asked for my wings to be well cooked (I like them a little extra done). Medium wing sauce. I ordered 1lb. My husband ordered 2lb. They over cooked his as well. The wings were gross. Did not taste like a hot sauce at all. I asked for celery (every other restaurant that you go to will serve celery and carrots with wings, not this place. Was charged $2 for 4 small pieces of celery. Asked for sauce on the side...charged $1 for that. The waitress was far more interested in the bar than serving customers.
