I went to the drive-thru 7:50pm today for a drink. The barrister gave me a free drink and I was literally in tears. I was having such a bad day and this small gesture made me feel like there are nice people in this world. Thank you so much for making my day a little better.
More then half of staff is very friendly and very good at what they do, there is a woman like manager type of attitude and a bit rude she is never smiling with the customers not like what most of the Starbucks workers follow when serving there valuable customer I believe they all follow some standards, I need to improve that and also she should be tough to not to insult her workers in from of customers, if she have some issues with the staff working there she should call them...read full review

Never had an issue with the service or the food, but be prepared to wait in the drive thru for a long time. They are always very busy and it takes time to get your order in the drive thru (mostly what I use)
