Worst ever Starbucks… They have zero customer service.. they didn’t even know how to treat customers with smile they do discrimination which i felt every-time.. never ever want to go back. I ordered through app this time i asked at cash counter he said go to last for order pick up after that one lady server she even didn’t asked me whats my order or something i was continuously looking at her and calling her… she was ignoring me… at-least greet customer and tell them that ur order will take time sir/ mam… have some courtesy… we are paying for that so don’t make us to beg for that… even Tim horotns are much better than these ones…. WORST ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE … have some sense bro to take customers orders n greet customers patiently don’t do DISCRIMINATION

I recently experienced excellent customer service at Starbucks drive-thru. The staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino without whipped cream, and it was delicious, exceeding my expectations. The attention to detail and the overall positive experience make this Starbucks location stand out. Highly recommended!

Today evening i visited starbucks at dusk plaza drive thru. The lady at the counter address,'HUN' to me infront of my mother in law and daughter and wife. We did not object as our daughter was with us too but felt very embarrassed because of her inappropriate usage of language as people from different cultures stop by and she cannot assume that her these kind of words will fit with everyone stopping at the drive thru.Even my wife did not like the words she used during the conversation. So We called the cafe location number after reaching home, the supervisor named Stephanie picked the call and qe explained her what we qent through but sherefused to reveal the counter lady name though it is clearly displayed on the name plate of every staff member but it skipped from our mind to read. So whats the reason of hiding her name despite of we complaining against the shady act of the staff member under her??? Its not a bar we are visiting but a simple cafe drive thru with our family!!We strongly recommend that such people should respect values of different communities and show some professionalism while using addressing!!!
