A typical night at our regular Starbucks location with friends turned into an above and beyond amazing experience tonight. A major shout out to Brooke (Shift Supervisor), Jasman and Vikram for making us feel welcomed and offering us samples of coffees from their new Holiday menu. They were informative about their products and their customer service was exceptional. This was just another one of the many reasons why we continue to come back to this location.
I avoid this location as much as possible simply because they never have everything in stock! And then if I do find myself there the service friendly but is beyond slow.. that being said the other day I went inside to order and received a handwritten message on my drink lid. It was a nice touch and reminded me of Starbucks back when they would give your drink that personal touch with your handwritten name.

Look if you have an issue with what you have been given please go inside and give the associates a chance to fix your order. Thats what happened here i came in was upset but have to give the worker a chance to redeem themselves and clearly they did the fault wasn’t even theirs more to do with type of coffee i got. Thats why m giving them a 5/5 because the staff came together to fix the situation i was really proud of the staff
