If I could give zero star I would have given it all together. Very poor customer service. Owner should give training to the little girl simar or simran whatever she is called on how to take orders from the customer and how to behave as well. She was very rude and racist she don’t deserve to live here as it’s a beautiful country where everyone treats each other with respect and dignity.

Horrible service if you can even call it service. Workers constantly chat in their language thats so rude. Do they not know how to speak English?! I guess not. Its unpleasant to hear another language when they are at the workplace and should be professional. I also got a cup with very little coffee in it. I did ask to have milk on the side, but it doesn't mean i wanted less coffee. Barrista, if you can even call that person, that is very rude and useless. The worst Starbucks in Brampton by far. Definitely will never return.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Starbucks. The barista used expired milk in my coffee, and when I politely asked for a replacement, she responded rudely and seemed careless. It was frustrating, especially since I'm a regular customer with a consistent order. This particular location seems to lack the quality and service I expect. I arrived at this Starbucks just before 10. Only one other table occupied. Every table was filthy and the floors had not been swept or washed. This is what you get for a 6.00 coffee . Who knows the last time this was cleaned. When I mentioned it , the lone barista gave me a wet wipe so I could clean the table top.? The area where napkins were was also filthy. The garbage had obviously not been emptied since yesterday.

Worst starbucks ever! I ordered a Strawberry Frappe and it was bad. The representative was very rude. I was standing right there and she didn’t even bother to tell me the drink was ready 10 mins ago. She kept it behind the counter where I couldn’t see it. After waiting for 10-15 mins It just clicked to me that that drink must be mine. She didn’t even write down names on my drink.NEVER VISIT HERE!
