Today I've visited this subway. The employee Gagandeep was doing a great job,she served me very nicely and she was very kind and fast. I was shocked how she was handling the whole subway by her own. She is extraordinary.The counter was clean as well . Good location.

The service here was great despite only having one person behind the counter with multiple customers. I could be getting the name wrong so apologies but the lady behind the counter (Karandeep Kaur) was very kind, accommodating, and quick to make the food to the standards requested!

Whenever I visit this location, services of Manpreet are very welcoming but there are some others who are very bad in their services and even show bad attitude over putting a simple layer of veggies. 5 stars to Manpreet only!

Ridiculous experience today. I ordered 2 six inch subs on italian herb and cheese breads but they didn’t have that bread, and made on italian white breads. When I reached for pick up, she didn’t even inform me that they didn’t have that breads. When I checked subs, back to store and asked lady for this. She was very rude and telling us that they do same thing everytime. She changed bread randomly without even ask us. And she was telling us that it is the same bread you can eat it why you want to waste food. Even after we told her that is not the same order which we choose still she was refusing and forcing us to take it. Then we ask for refund still she was refusing, than I asked her give me your managers contact if you can’t refund us then she was telling that she is the manager and she don’t want to refund than we asked her owner contact number still she was refusing. I want to request the owner to please tell her to behave appropriately and do not disrespect customers. If you guys do not have that breads then why should accept orders and made on another breads without even ask to customers.

This place is ridiculous. The girl behind the counter is not capable of being quick or juggling customers. This company needs to either schedule more people so they have help. Or train their people better. This is ridiculous. Waiting 20 minutes for a cup of soup is unacceptable at any place.

I went there today in the evening. I had worst experience. I ordered 2 subways one is veggie and another non veggie. Firstly, she made non veg then she made veggie but she didn’t change gloves. One thing more she didn’t wrap sub properly.
