I go to this subway pretty often to get my daughter’s lunch. Everytime I go there for 8:30am their toaster is never ready and she wants to give me my subway without it being toasted. As you know, lunch is in the afternoon but I have to pick up my daughter’s lunch in the morning before I go to work. This store is open at 8am, the server advised me that she gets in at 8am so she has to get everything ready. These stores really need to start paying their workers to come in a half and hour early so that customers like me, don’t have to wait 15 mins for a toaster to warm up. It’s not fair to the workers that have to deal with the customers being annoyed they have to wait. This Subway really needs to do better, I never had this issue with the subway by Hurontario and wanless. Fresh cookies ready first think in the morning and the toaster is always heated

I wish I could give a zero. I ordered using Uber eats. I specifically ordered yellow mustard with no red onions on my sandwich and no other sauce because I don't eat eggs, onions or garlic. They didn't had yellow mustard so they put smokey honey mustard in my sandwich which contains eggs, onions and garlic. They didn't even contact me to ask me if that is something that they should do or not. Absolutely disgusting.

Bad customer service, I ordered my sub sandwich online and applied the deal for 6 cookies with the order. When I received the order there were no cookies with it. On speaking to the store representative they were not cooperative and kept on putting it on the app. I would never visit this store again.

Nice spot to wait for someone having a doctor's appointment. I accidentally left my scarf there, but I phoned and got it back. Parking can be a bit of a problem. Really liked the steak and egg with cheese foot long sub. The habanero cheese had a nice kick to it.
