Had the weirdest/worst experience, first of all the girl working there was super slow. I ordered 2 footlong subs, as my husband and I were eating, the worker says “Sorry, I have to clean..so can you leave?”. I then asked her if the store is closing as we were going to order more to go, she then states “No, we close at 11, but I have a lot to clean.” It was barely 9:30pm… so we just got kicked out so she can mop. I’ve never experienced this anywhere, WORST customer service. Did not order anything else because I was so dumbfounded. Management needs to make changes.
Terrible experience, I was visiting this location from last 6 month , the previous staff was really good but I really had bad experience with the girl working today, I just requested her to move the veggie patty in the correct position in the bread as it was tilted but she didn’t do it and then I made a humble request that the boy working beside can help in making my sub bcz last time he did very well but she started shouting on me that you are disrespecting me but me being a customer I have rights to choose, she kept yelling on me until I cried but the guy working there was really nice , he handled the entire situation . Seriously subway management please hire people those who can respect their customers and should atleast have basic manners ??

This is the third time I visited this place in the last month. Every time the washroom was out of service. This is a serious breach of municipal by laws for restaraunts. Absolutely disgusting and insanitary. Do better. Owners need to fix this place or sell it to someone who will.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The girl working there yesterday night needed to learn customer service;Neither the sub was properly made as per the instructions. Sub was not good at all. The girl is in hurry to finish it up quickly, not listening to the instructions clearly and feels like they just want to get rid of the customers.Even veggies are soggy.she was very rude while making sub.

Good service and staff but unfortunately the food is terrible! The sub tasted disgusting! The chicken tasted like rubber, the vegetable ingredients were stale, the bread wasn't fresh and overall not worth the price. For nearly the same price, one could get a Firehouse Sub for a lot better quality!
