I had ordered a sub and chocolate chip cookies but they were out of chocolate chip. They tried to call twice to let me know, but I wasn’t able to answer the phone. Because I wasn’t able to answer, they took the time to write me a note to apologize and gave me different cookies instead. There was absolutely no need to apologize! I appreciated the note though, it made my day. Thank you for your great service and kindness!
