Aman what a great employee. To many customer are extremely rude I think she was super fantastic. My experience was walking thru the door saying wow 1 server 6 people in front of me this is going to take forever man o man was I impressed how she tackled that line in ease. To me I was happy to see how professional she was. The customer before me was rude to her about the service but brother she is 1 person she didn’t stop and was smiling the whole time . If your read this Aman keep your hard work up. ?to Aman ???

I am a regular customer of subway, they charges 18$ for mozrella bella, the problem is not the high price, the problem is low stuffing, they charge me 18 $ for a footlong bread , 3 pieces of cheese, 10 piece of onion, 3 tomato, 7 pieces of olives, 4 leaf of spinach and alot of lettuce(lol)

Employees don't put enough veggies, i ordered footlong veggie patty and they just put 1,2 slices of every veggie, even if you say put extra they will show attitude

Placed a Mobile order on 24th February 2024. The person responsible did not add any sauces at all. The only sauce present was what came with the meat. No special requests were considered either. This was unacceptable service and wouldn't recommend Mobile order at this place.

I just visited this restaurant in hopes of buying three $30 gift cards. Subway also has a promotion stating when you buy a $30 gift card you get 6 cookies, ending December 31st with the last date to pick up the cookies being January 31st. The working today December 24th, when I went a bit before 10AM stated that the earliest date I can get the cookies would be after January 31st. The exact wording is “….through January 31st” and we explained to her what that meant, but she kept on saying that we are wrong and that the wording means that only after January 31st is when we can get the cookies. My mom and I was really looking forward to picking up these cookies for a great Christmas Eve snack (as well as getting the gift cards as we are big Subway fans) however because of this working on the morning of Christmas Eve we were turned away and was not able to get the gift cards and cookies. We left disappointed. And the Subway Artist just met that happened. Please make sure your team is aware of the current promotions as so others don’t leave disappointed when it’s the employees fault. Everyone please keep this in mind when visiting this restaurant, that it’s best not to indulge in any promotions here as the employees would be making up their own meanings and you won’t be able to enjoy such great cookies.

Garbage service. AVOID this location. Told the lady I wanted a TUNA SUB with all the VEGGIES on it that are provided. As I told her I want everything on it, I go to my car because my alarm was going off and has been giving me issues. I come back in and it’s made as I instructed ALL VEGGIES on it. Drive home 10 minutes to a VEGGIE SUB with no tuna after specifically asking for TUNA. Drive back another 10 minutes and tell her that she messed up and she did not want to accept the fact that she did and kept saying “I wanted all veggies”, yes I did on a TUNA sub. Lady argued with me saying she works one day a week and cannot remake a sub or even add tuna to it. Highly recommend never going here as the workers can’t take basic instructions nor own up to their own mistakes

Very rude,unprofessional behaviour from the lady working at 4 pm on Friday. Look at the stuffing of this sandwich veggies are about to fall down right when she made it . And when i asked her to fix the stuffing she caught attitude and started being rude by saying i did it right. I literally asked her to fix it right away she acted like i did it myself. How am i supposed to eat this . Just don’t work if you don’t like your job. This wasn’t my first time at subway i know how it is done perfectly.

We went for dine in today first of all she didn’t even greet when we arrived but i thought it’s fine until a white man enters might be there regular customer but she treated him very nicely and she didn’t even ask us for veggies just standing there but it was not same for the other guy as if we were not spending our money on food or the good serviceWe (brown people) also deserve same respect and quality service as others.
