If there was any chance to give 0 star i would have given that, they try to keep the chicken for themselves and in the meaning of one scoop they provide you 1/2, then why the hell do we have to pay in full, worst service especially the sardar boy, they need to learn the service. Highly disappointed, probably will never recommend anyone to go there.
I bought subway last year and one old amadavadi lady changed me 10 dollars tip without asking I think this is reel offGetting money without customer permissionWhy don’t you guys create that kind of machine that accidentally give 10 dollarsby mistakeEvery where this machine designed for giving tip I bet there must be thousands of customers getting ripped ofWhich is really really wrongEveryone Works hard to earn moneySo this type of machine with tip opt should be removed

We went to subway at torbram and queen street intersection on Jan 6, 2024. A representative by nam Arsh was at counter. She provided a very good customer service. She was pleasant. Since we are vegetarian, She even guided us to ask for sauces which has no eggs... thanks to Arsh....

Not feeling the ladies that work at this subway… they always act funny and look at me funny without a greeting or anything. I literally went there by accident yesterday, remembered the weird look this older lady always gives me and I walked out and found a different one. This subway need some diversity in its staffing. I don’t trust these women to make my food.

I visited this Subway location on December 11, 2023 and I was appalled by the quality of food and service. The lettuce, a fundamental element of any fresh sandwich, was wilted and far from fresh (see attached photo). This not only detracted from the taste but also raised concerns about the food’s freshness and quality standards being upheld at this location.Furthermore, the service was equally disappointing. The boy was inattentive and seemed unconcerned with the quality issues presented to them. There was a noticeable disinterest in customer satisfaction, which is unacceptable in the service industry.Subway prides itself on fresh ingredients and customer satisfaction, but this visit did not meet those standards. Very very disappointed.
