Ordered rice and shrimp Dinner. Rice looked like it was dumped on plate straight from fridge n heated. It had cold spots. Rice was in a form of lump, not even separated. Server was awesome.

The safe is friendly and the service is good. The manager, Sukhwinder does a great job at checking in on customers. Very impressive. The food itself is always fresh, good chicken and great fries. One of the better Swiss Chalet locations.

In this franchise, i went for take out. Sukh entertained our order. He is excellent in his work. Due to his excellent customer service, we would love to visit the place again.

I’m really impressed with their service the manager over there Sukh he was so polite and he is so kind he served us hot fries as i said i want more fresh fries and i got my freshed cut fries at time and its was a great
Sometimes dining out just doesn't feel worth it anymore, and Ive been hesitant to dine out this past year. Im so happy i decided to take a chance and treat myself tonight. My experience restored my faith in excellent service and reasonably priced dining.Linda was attentive, cheery, and knew what I wanted- sometimes even before I knew I wanted it ? (thanks for recommending the bottle of merlot)Great experience, can't wait to come back soon!

Went for dinner last night as they had the seafood special. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all as we went around 4pm. Took an hour to get our food. When it finally did come, the chicken was ice cold. Told the server and she apologized but never said she would relay the message to the staff in the kitchen. Never had issues with this location before.
