The food is very very bland, right down to the pizza. Everything could use more salt and I'm not even a huge salt lover. They could use a fettuccine pasta on the menu they only have 2 pastas...makes no sense.

I bought an eighteen inch deluxe on Wednesday and was delicious so went back for personal size blasphemy yesterday Saturday. I understand off days but having bitter entirely charred crust ridiculous! One of best part is a tastycrust on tasty . I was offer another one but I was far too hungry. My point is it should never have been served in the first place. I ate the middle. I will go back again but this time I will get another one if not satisfied. I wish I could have posted the picture. The sincere apology was genuine though as I commented my displeasure.

How things have change since couple years ago. Food had no flavor, service sub-par, I got my pizza approx 10 min. Before my wife had her sandwich, (not very welcoming), the bathroom were dirty when we got there at noon :((.. Drove one hour and half to get there.. Won't be back , sooo disappointing.

No question. That is Italian. I had to peak into the kitchen to see if there was some Italian grand mother in there cooking. They treat EVERY order with respect. It's just so delicious...

Verty Dissapointed. Ordered 1 meatball and 1 veal sandwich, both served lukje warm to cold, lacking flavour. Sauce was very avaerage to mediocre.. $ 16.00 per sandwich, not worth the price.

Horrible experience!! Spent money for cold trashy americano and cappuccino, over cooked dry and flavourless spaghetti, chewy and dry pizza, decent salad, small portioned items, mean looking and inattentive and unfriendly front staff. Tables were dirty, no staff around, had to go to the front desk for every single thing, no water, no glass, no condiments, no welcome and no good bye. Worst experience ever, it was total waste of time energy and money!!!My first ever review as it was really bad..

Good food but spending almost $20 per person for lunch is expensive.

Tried the personalized pizza and the veal sandwich. The personalized pizza was good, well seasoned, however slightly soggy. I didn’t mind if too much it reminded me of the greasy pizza I ate in NYC. Not sure if that’s what they intended though. The veal sandwich was super tender however super under seasoned. It’s like there was no salt. The service I’m conflicted by. One of the servers was super nice and helpful while the other one was straight up giving me attitude when I asked her about what she recommended. Overall the portions were plentiful, almost American sized.

December 5/2023: Lunch with Lindsay. It was one of those "place your order & sit & wait" locations. The service was quite slow for such a busy spot. As I said, this is a VERY busy lunch spot. It's expanded in seating size by 3 times since the last time I was there many years ago. The food was ok. My pizza was their house pizza with goat cheese & arugula. It tasted ok but there simply wasn't much taste to taste! They were very cheap on the toppings. I've noticed this new trend where pizza companies are cheating out on the toppings, this was no exception. So, basically you're buying cooked dough! I'd go again but I'd order something different.

this was one of the best places to eat in Brampton when it first opened. not anymore. pasta that was $15 was basic and the 1 ‘meatball’ you get should be labelled as a breadcrumb ball. The veal sandwich used to be overflowing with sauce and meat. not anymore. like many other restaurants, this place has gone downhill from when it first opened. save yourself the dissatisfaction and go somewhere else

I ordered a Veal sandwich from here and found a long piece of hair inside… this is very disgusting…. why is this place letting employees handle food without a hair net on?But.. on the bright side the lady at the front was nice enough to make a new sandwich.

Food ok , service great, ambiance good. Pricing appropriate for meal and drink. Location also good but parking is a problem. Would go again to try a different food choice. Restaurant has potential to great place to bring someone and have a great meal and time.
