We usually prefer to go to Alley for bubble tea. However, this time we ordered 2 passion fruit green teas and requested that passion fruit seeds be added to the drinks, as they are supposed to come with them. Unfortunately, the staff did not include the enough seeds in the drinks. I only took 10-12 sips and found only 1-2 seeds. Paying $7 for a single drink and not receiving the expected quality of food is disappointing. I was not satisfied with the service this time. Please improve the service and follow clients instructions.

My mom and I went to The Alley for the first time today. We both loved the atmosphere and the place itself. It’s a nice place and the staff is so friendly. The Boba teas were so good as well. Definitely recommend coming here.

Went in to get my free birthday drink and the staff were so kind! I appreciate the cute birthday message written on the lid as well. The snow velvet (its like a cream cheese topping) peach hojicha always tastes great :)Just a heads up, deerioca drinks aren't available until approximately 45 minutes after they open for the day as it takes a longer period of time to prepare. Just something to consider if you were interested in ordering these drinks. Please be patient with the staff members as this time is needed to prepare the deerioca drinks properly!

I bought so many times from this boba place and it was so amazing until this recently.I bought 2 different times. First time was royal no.9 and the other time (which is today) I bought earl grey mt, the taste was so weird. I believe they put too much milk powder and so little tea!I always prefer The Alley than a lot of boba places because the tea senses are stronger, but the milk teas are getting too milky and powdery now.I hope they can check their recipe again or sth to make it like the original!
My favourite spot for bubble tea! The staff are very friendly, make great drinks, and the location is kept clean. Love that they have seasonal drinks and events every so often.

The service was quick and the staff was exceedingly pleasant. Loved the ambiance, it’s cozy yet vibrant, and the cleanliness of the place is commendable.
