Terrible service. Ignorant and disrespectful staffs. Took my order and left it on the side without letting me know and worst of all, started talking to each other loud, laughing having their time like they own the place right in front of the cash counter. Terrible place. Clearly no training and worst management at its best.

Feb 14- Today I went to Walmart and got a sandwich and a glass of water from Tim Hortons.When I went for a refill the Tim Hortons employee just asked me to fill the water from behind the counter myself. I was shocked. This happened around 4pm. I reached behind the counter, past the tissues and filled the water myself. But jokes on ya Tim Hortons , cause my hands were greasy! Now y’all gonna be responsible for serving water to all your customers from a greasy tap!If only Tim Hortons trained its employees properly and told them to not let the customers handle things behind the counter, this situation could have been avoided and all your customers would be drinking non- greasy water!Major Failure, Do betterUPDATE on Feb 15- Same thing happened today as well! This time, I just asked the employee if I should fill it myself. She said, yes you should! I filled it up myself!Major Failure Again

I come here every Saturday morning. I order the same thing and every time it's wrong and has to be remade. A bacon breakfast sandwich on a sesame seed bagel, NO cheese. Bought lunch for myself and co-worker. Our combo was supposed to come with two donuts. I only received yesterdays donut.I get human error in shorting the donut but to sell a stale donut from the day before is just wrong.What ever happened to “always fresh”???

This is what i got today in the name of cold foam. I had some sips of coffee and going through some stomach problems at this moment . I am not able to eat anything, because i am trying to eat, i am vomiting out. This can not be true. You call this a coffee???
No idea why the staff is always frustrated even though when there is no rush. I ordered my lunch and the salad they put in my lunch was rotten. No idea, they are saving money to provide the rotten salad or they are just show their frustration on clients food.No doubt that people gave them 0 or 1 star, because when I read the people reviews it’s totally understandable that the management is very careless

She also greeted me very politely when I got to the window. I just wanted to say I was impressed and super happy with the service so thought I would leave a review

I ordered a wrap firstly she forgot about my wrap and wanna gave me a burnt one I refused to take it then she gave me an open wrap . It was not wrapped properly. Make sure you guys sell good quality products .
