I asked for bagel with *plain* cream cheese. I got the bagel nice and hot with cream cheese but with an onion taste? That's cross contamination.

I decided to give Tim Hortons another shot. The lady working drive through window was miserable and her customer was trash. She was trying to hand me food without a bag, when I asked for a bag she rolled her eyes and put it in the bag with my hash brown. I didn’t understand was she going to give me my sandwich then the hash brown in the bag? When I got it, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I got a bacon grilled cheese melt and it didn’t have bacon. It was cold, cheese wasn’t melted. I was extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and will probably never go to any Tim hortons after I get a proper bacon grilled cheese melt to compare. She has

Had the most stressful couple of days and ongoing, stopped drinking tims coffee for about a month now and decided to have one today.My first visit at this location and was extremely busy, drive thru/in store. The lady who served me "unfortunately did not get her name" was so energetic and have amazing customer service skills and speed of service she completely made my day I had to do a review in my car. She is believe to be dirty blonde and was on the register near the driver thru pretty lady, not sure if she's a manager or not but she is amazing, thank you.
