I'm a drive-thru customer. The gentleman who takes your order (mornings, usually) is very clear to hear and very easy to understand.The ladies at the window are very pleasant (not sure if it's bc they 'know' me.)Mid-Jan was my birthday, and on my app, it said, "The Birthday Treat is not applicable to you." We come to this Tim Hortons every weekend and I’m always amazed at how efficient the drive-thru is. The order is always ready by the time we get to the window. It’s always accurate and the workers are always polite! I don’t know how they pull off this kind of speed, but it’s definitely the best Tim’s in Brampton!
