Worst Tim's experience. It took about 5 minutes just for my order to be taken once I got to the ordering mic. The service that I did get was terrible, I had to repeat myself several times, and they still got my order wrong.

Today at 9:30 pm we visited Tim Hortons with my friends—a group of four girls and one boy. Our experience at the cashier was beyond disappointing. Not only did they struggle to get our order right, but when we kindly corrected them, instead of apologizing or rectifying the mistake, they began backbiting. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding.To add insult to injury, the customer service we received was nothing short of disrespectful. We were blatantly asked to leave, with the staff making it abundantly clear that they didn't appreciate our presence. Being told that they don't like when "our kind" orders is not only discriminatory but downright unacceptable.It's appalling to see such behavior in any establishment, let alone a well-known chain like Tim Hortons. As paying customers, we deserve respect and proper service, neither of which we received during our visit. This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths, and we will certainly not be returning to this location.I urge Tim Hortons management to address the appalling behavior of their staff and to ensure that all customers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Discrimination and rudeness have no place in any establishment, and it's high time this issue is addressed seriously.P. S: one was cashier and other was night Supervisor who were rude,Moreover one girl was very innocent she served very well by looks she us chubby

I would rate this location 0/ 10 , Please train your staff who can speak well and understand English at least, one Simple Coffee order is even so complicated for them and on the top of that they way they take orders from customers is so rude and disrespectful , Customers don’t need to be yelled by tum hortan staff , that’s the main reason lots of buisness do not hire them because they are highly unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and have no intention to serve Customer, Spoiling the Trade name of Tim hortan simply

Disrespectful staff they prepare 3 orders ahead of mine. They say, " Those are faster." My order was not. Even I spend 100 Cad. Better close shop. The order was wrong as they did not prepare in the order they received. They give the wron order. I ordered Farmers wrap with sausage, and they gave me bacon with no sauce and no sausage . Terrible location. I already left the location. Otherwise, I will get the right one. Stay away from that location
