Worst experience this morning. Costumer service was just awful, I usually go to Starbucks because I just have such a pleasant experience but today my husband wanted Tim’s and it just reminded me why I don’t like coming.Went through the drive through was told my offer isn’t working and apparently I had too many activated never heard of that before. He said “oh well idk it’s not working” like you work here I don’t figure it out please.His coworker said that I need to come inside to figure it out which is ridiculous is it not the same system whether I’m sitting in the drive through or inside?? Anyways, the guy that was behind his coworkers back giving me dirty looks and shaking his head. It was pouring hence why I even did drive through. Went inside just to be told it’s the exact same price so apparently he can’t read that the discount was there??? The whole time he’s there giving me murderous looks and shaking his head. They just let him keep acting like that.Just ridiculous, my food sat there got cold. She did remake the teas but common just ridiculous.

The NASTIEST, most unhygienic TH in the area. Nothing is clean, and the food is never made properly. There are tons of staff, yet the service area is completely chaotic, so your order never comes out right. Ooof.

The Team that operates this Tim Hortons is knowledgeable and polite, the food is serves warm.Got a broccoli soup and a Bagel yesterday and tasted delicious ?.The good point is that they are open 24/7.One downside remark is that tables should be cleaned more often.Thank you ?

Over crowded with staff, 2 people making 1 coffee. Resulting in coffee cocktail , ordered cafe mocha with whip cream and they gave some fried double double, look at the photo with oil floating and taste like double double. Also order white hot chocolate and looks like watery sugar drink not the white hot chocolate we usually get from tims. Very bad service and quality of coffee made.
