They need to renovate this Tim Hortons again, I do not like the new layout. The dinning area is just one big open space and it got smaller. They just extended the kitchen area, and it looks nicer than the dinning area. They shouldn't have changed the dinning area, it looked better before. They need to break down a wall or something to fix that drive through exit, its not safe, you can barely see when people are using the walk way

Nice to have a Tim Hortons local to my home. However, this place is just way too small, the service is slow and always coupons or offers are not punched in correctly. There is always mistakes at the cash register, which is so time-consuming and annoying. Staff needs to be trained way better on these offers and how to speed up service.

We were so disappointed with the service here at drive thru around 8:00 am on Saturday. Ladies were very rude with an attitude…. Do not know how to talk with customer. Firstly they did not listen my order properly then they missed my drink and with rude way lady said come back if you want it. It is your problem you have to train your staff properly that they have to listen first. Just wanna let u know that we have SORRY word, use it next time while making mistakes. Will never go again here. There is no option to give zero star. Worst service at this tim Horton.

We were so disappointed with the service here at the drive thru ordering screen on a Sunday morning. The lady working around 10:55 am in the morning was rude with an attitude. We are placing our order, and she interrupts us and says, “BE CLEAR SO THAT I CAN UNDERSTAND YOU”. To respond to you mam, “be patient and listen to us instead of rushing us and talking over us every time we say something “. We decided not to continue with the order and will never return back here.

This location is by far the best Tim's in the area. The drive through can get busy at peak hours but the guy on the speaker taking your orders is always coherent and listens to your order carefully. The ladies at the drive through window are the friendliest around. They take great pride in their customer service and have a friendly attitude in keeping the line moving efficiently.
