Waited there for 20mins, no one greeted or bothered to take my order. Literally worst staff here. Have no idea how to give customer service. Management needs to train employees better.
My recent visit to Tim Hortons left me deeply disappointed. I waited in the drive-through for a staggering 20 minutes, which is unacceptable by any standard. The experience was frustrating and left a sour taste in my mouth.Tim Hortons, as a reputed chain, should prioritize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
